Construction Measure delivered a full private client service on this project. Taking this project on once the detailed design had been completed we prepared a detailed Bill of Quantities for the client to facilitate the tendering of the works. We managed the tendering process and delivered the client a comprehensive tender report recommending the Contractor to complete the project. We then assisted the Architect in the preparation and administering of the JCT Contract and completed Post-Contract Monthly Valuations for the Client.

The project involved the full strip out and extensive renovation of a luxury apartment finished to an extremely high specification with bespoke joinery, marble bathrooms, complex AV and air-conditioning systems.
