Construction Measure provided Argyll with Tender Pricing, Value Engineering and Post Contract Management dealing with their monthly payment applications to the client.

Argyll delivered contemporary new home on the bank of the River Thames in Bray, Berkshire. The works commenced in October 2019 and the project was designed by multi-award winning practice Holland & Green. The works involved the demolition of the existing two-storey 1960’s house and construction of a striking contemporary new home complete with Tesla power walls, with the power walls will drawing energy from a water source heat pump in the Thames and 35PV units on the roof.
