With nearly three years at Construction Measure, Jainy joined the team as a placement student after graduating from Heriot-Watt University with an MSc in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying. With experience in estimation for metal cladding and warehouses in the UAE, Jainy brings impactful observations to every project. She is highly skilled in taking quantities and preparing pricing documents promptly. Jainy is actively pursuing MRICS (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) certification, a recognized qualification that showcases professional standards in the surveying industry.
