Construction Measure provided the developer with a Detailed Schedule of Works, Administering the JCT Contract between Client and Contractor, Contractual Advice and managing drawdown Valuations with their Lenders Surveyor.

The development consisted of sixteen one and two bedroom apartments and car park and was completed in November 2021.
